Michael Saylor: The support rate for BIP-110 is only 2.54%, and it all comes from OCEAN; no consensus can be reached.

According to CoinMeta, on platform X, Michael Saylor stated that in block 960,561, the support rate for BIP-110 was only 2.54%. All signals came from miners who shared rewards through OCEAN; signals other than those from OCEAN were zero, failing to reach the voluntary threshold of 55%, which does not represent a consensus among miners. He pointed out that OCEAN set BIP-110 signals as the default option, and BIP-110 guidelines directed node operators towards Bitcoin Knots, while miners were directed towards Datum. In reality, this served as a form of vertical integrated marketing campaign for Knots and OCEAN.
