According to CoinMeta, the Senate passed the Clarity bill on 7 August, with five working days remaining before the recess. Senator Lummis indicated that voting was still planned before the recess. As of now, no motion to end the debate has been submitted, and the bill is not on the agenda. The Republicans hold 53 seats in the Senate, but a majority of 60 votes is required for passage, which means at least 7 Democrats need to support it. The likelihood of the bill passing has dropped from over 80% in February to around 30%.
