According to CoinMeta, and based on reports from Iran, multiple explosions occurred in Kuwait early in the morning of the 4th. Preliminary reports indicate that a U.S. military base in Kuwait was attacked, with thick smoke and flames visible in central Kuwait. It is also said that explosion sounds were heard in southern Iraq. As of now, neither Kuwait nor the U.S. military has responded to these reports.
