According to CoinMeta, the developers of the Coldcard wallet are urging users to urgently migrate their Bitcoin, confirming that the vulnerability is still active and has resulted in the theft of up to $114 million from self-managed wallet funds. Coldcard stated, "Please treat this as an emergency and migrate your funds." The company also asked users to warn those with less online time to pay attention to this alert. The affected wallets are most vulnerable as repairs must be done manually. Coldcard also pointed out that users of the MK3 model should immediately migrate their funds, especially if their wallets are set up on firmware version 4.0.1 or later.
