According to CoinMeta, Italy's largest bank increased its holdings of pledged Ethereum to $7.1 million in the second quarter, while reducing its holdings of two spot Bitcoin assets. As of June 30, the bank held 349,600 shares of a pledged Ethereum trust, up from 116,200 shares at the end of March. The bank also retained 3.47 million shares of 21Shares Bitcoin, valued at $67.6 million, which became its largest crypto asset holding in this report. The bank reduced its holdings of a Bitcoin trust by approximately 94%, from 646,809 shares to 40,723 shares.
