Dinari and Circle Reach Cooperation to Tokenize S&P 500 Constituent Stocks

According to CoinMeta, tokenization platforms Dinari and Circle have collaborated to tokenize stocks of the S&P 500 index and make them available to American investors. Users can purchase and sell these tokenized stocks Dshares through self-hosted wallets using USDC. Each Dshare token corresponds to an underlying security held by a regulated institution, and users retain voting rights as well as benefits such as USDC dividends. Dinari indicates that its platform currently covers 85 jurisdictions and supports 6,139 active tokens.
