According to CoinMeta, on the 5th local time, Ukrainian President Zelensky issued a statement stating that Russia carried out large-scale airstrikes on the city of Kiev and Kiev Oblast, resulting in 17 deaths and 44 injuries. During these airstrikes, the Russian military deployed multiple missiles as well as 115 drones. Earlier on the same day, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that from the night of the 4th to the early morning of the 5th local time, Russian forces used land-based precision weapons and attack drones to carry out large-scale strikes on transportation and logistics centers in Kiev City and Kiev Oblast.
