According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Bloomberg, the sell-off in artificial intelligence concept stocks led to losses for Balyasny and Verition Fund Management in July. Among them, Balyasny fell by 1.5%, and its cumulative return for the first seven months of this year narrowed to 1.2%. Verition Fund Management fell by 1.1%, with its cumulative return since the beginning of the year dropping to 4.5%. Castle's flagship fund, Wellington, rose by 5.9% in July, benefiting from taking over the holdings of Situational Awareness.
