According to CoinMeta, due to the optimistic sentiment in the market regarding the impending reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, WTI crude oil ( CLU26 ) fell by $0.61 (-0.81%) today in September, while RBOB gasoline ( RBU26 ) rose by $0.0130 (+0.46%) in September. The prices of crude oil and gasoline continued to decline during this week's sharp drop, with crude oil prices reaching a three-week low, and gasoline prices falling to their nearest futures low in over four and a half months.
