Hyperliquid releases Q2 report; the trading volume of RWA perpetual contracts rises to 32.2%

According to CoinMeta, Wu said that Hyperliquid released a report indicating that the trading volume of RWA perpetual contracts related to HIP-3 increased from 1.8% two quarters ago to 32.2%, with quarterly transaction volume reaching 213 billion US dollars, accounting for nearly one-third of the platform's total. During the same period, three new HYPE ETF tokens began trading. Funds and related treasuries collectively held about 7.7% of the HYPE supply. The price of HYPE rose by 79% to reach a new high of 76.9 US dollars, while BTC fell by 14%. The protocol's revenue in the second quarter was approximately 169 million US dollars, of which about 141 million US dollars were used for repurchases, bringing the cumulative revenue to over 1 billion US dollars.
