World Chain Launched on the Ethereum Mainnet EIP-7928

According to CoinMeta, World Chain has announced that it will launch EIP-7928 on its mainnet, becoming the first production-grade Layer-2 network to stream EIP-7928 data in lightning blocks every 200 milliseconds. The network is scheduled to introduce a full block access list on August 17th to address decentralization challenges.
