US Japanese Yen Intervention as a Temporary Measure for Bonds: Levin

According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Bloomberg, the United States has for the first time in 15 years intervened in the Japanese yen together with Japan in order to support the yen and avoid forced selling of government debt securities. Bloomberg stated in "Bloomberg Real Returns" that such intervention measures are merely a stopgap solution.
