The minimum import prices are as follows: $21 per kilogram for polysilicon, $100 per kilogram for polysilicon ingots and wafers, $0.22 per watt for solar cells, and $0.38 per watt for solar modules. These measures will take effect on December 4, 2026, at 1:01 PM (UTC +8), and the U.S. Department of Commerce will establish a program to incentivize the repatriation of these products to the United States.
