According to CoinMeta, the financial report released by CleanSpark shows that in the second quarter of 2026, the company incurred a net loss of $239 million, with revenue declining by 30.5% to $138 million, which is lower than Wall Street's forecast of $142.2 million. The company mentioned in the report that despite the financial pressures faced by its Bitcoin mining business, it is still expanding its artificial intelligence and high-performance computing infrastructure. CleanSpark has signed a 20-year data center leasing agreement in Georgia, which is expected to generate approximately $6.6 billion in contract revenue for them.
