The Clear Digital Assets Market Act in the United States faces difficulties; there may be no new legislation introduced.

According to CoinMeta, if the U.S. Digital Assets Market Clarification Act fails to pass in the Senate, the outcome may not be fatal, but it will be a significant blow. The bill faces numerous obstacles, and it is not expected that a law that clearly distinguishes between crypto securities, commodities, and other assets will be enacted this year, nor will there be a clear definition of the responsibilities of regulatory agencies. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) may not be granted clear authority to regulate most crypto transactions. Although some insiders in the crypto industry believe that the industry can continue to operate without specific legislation, there are warnings that the lack of regulation could lead crypto companies and developers to move overseas. The CFTC is expected to introduce "crypto regulation" rules in the coming weeks to simplify the financing pathways for crypto developers. However, CFTC Chair Paul Atkins emphasizes that only Congress can ensure that regulation in this field is long-term effective. Despite these challenges, the industry's influence in Washington is gradually growing, and a positive sentiment towards crypto is emerging.
