According to CoinMeta, Wu said that Grayscale submitted a revised Ethereum staking mini ETF trust agreement to SEC. The document indicates that, upon meeting certain tax conditions, the fund will be able to stake nearly all of its holdings of ETH. The staking rewards generated are intended to be converted into cash and distributed to shareholders at least once every quarter. In addition, Grayscale may also charge a separate staking service fee, with the specific rate to be disclosed later on.
