According to CoinMeta, Carbon officially launched its traditional finance localized on-chain derivatives trading platform today in Road Town of the British Virgin Islands, supporting over 950 markets. The platform allows users to trade in more than 250 traditional finance markets from a single account, covering stocks, indices, foreign exchange, and commodities. Each position is hedged 1:1 in regulated traditional financial venues, making Carbon the largest traditional finance localized on-chain derivatives trading platform. Carbon also offers over 530 crypto perpetual contracts and 150 real-world assets that are available 24/7, allowing users to trade all these products from a single account. The CEO of Carbon, Levy, stated that Carbon eliminates traders' trade-offs between asset selection and execution, with each position hedged in the world's deepest liquidity and settled directly in the users' own wallets.
