According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Bloomberg, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a lawsuit against the former head of Franchise Group Inc, accusing him of responsibility in the collapse of the hedge fund he managed. At the same time, federal prosecutors have made criminal charges against one of the fund's executives.
