According to CoinMeta, on the 7th local time, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi delivered a speech on the occasion of his second year in office, outlining his stance on various issues such as the regional situation, diplomatic negotiations, and domestic politics. Raisi emphasized that Iran has never sought war or expansion, but will resolutely defend its national sovereignty and security. He pointed out that the United States and Israel intend to sow discord between Iran and its neighbors in the Persian Gulf through recent conflicts, and that the U.S. military has used bases in regional countries to launch attacks on Iran, forcing Iran to take defensive measures. He also called on Islamic nations to strengthen unity and trust. Regarding the recent ceasefire memorandum between Iran and the United States, he revealed that Iran did not make any concessions during the negotiations. The ceasefire agreement was originally supposed to be signed by U.S. President Donald Trump to ensure its implementation, but the U.S. side completely changed its position within less than 24 hours.
