According to CoinMeta, Walsh completed the divestiture of all financial assets and signed an ethical compliance certification from the Government Ethics Office last Thursday, which was made public on the institution's website on Saturday. Walsh had previously submitted a divestiture certificate to the Ethics Office, indicating that he had sold most of the assets he had pledged to divest. The latest disclosure documents show that he has sold the remaining shares involved in the agreement. Walsh is one of the wealthiest officials in the history of the Federal Reserve; he had pledged to divest his shares in several investments. Due to confidentiality agreements, the underlying assets of these investments were not disclosed, some of which were worth at least $100 million.
