According to CoinMeta, the amount of Ether that has been staked has reached a record high, amounting to 41.7 million ETH, which is approximately one-third of its circulating supply, despite a significant decline in market prices. From $3,400 in January to $1,900, the number of staked ETH has continued to grow, indicating that validators and long-term holders are still locking in tokens despite weakening market conditions. According to CoinMarketCap data, the current total supply of Ether is about 120.7 million, with a staking ratio of around 34.5%.
