According to CoinMeta, Aster has announced the introduction of the AOS-2 standard, which requires projects to stake 1 million ASTR before submitting new perpetual market proposals, with a staking period of four years. AOS-2 replaces the previous private negotiation process and adopts a public process based on token staking, validator voting, and on-chain records. This standard aims to provide a transparent listing process for the perpetual market, and eligible proposals will undergo on-chain validator voting. The risk control team of Aster will be responsible for configuring contract and market operation parameters to ensure the security of transactions.
