Blockchain Reorganization Reverses Encrypted Transactions? Ravencoin Users Should Be Aware, but It's Still to Be Verified
2026-08-12 17:57:30
According to CoinMeta, Ravencoin users are facing the risk of blockchain reorganization, which could lead to the reversal of confirmed transactions. Ravencoin warns that transactions confirmed after block 4,487,775 should be considered at risk. The mining pool 2miners and ravenminer are building a competing chain that excludes the exploited branch; if this chain becomes dominant, the reorganization could last for about three days. Users should not assume that old transactions will be automatically restored, as a deep reorganization could result in transactions being isolated. Users need to remain vigilant and monitor their transaction status. Ravencoin recommends that exchanges pause deposits and withdrawals until the network stabilizes.
