CRWV Stocks Rise 18% Due to Strong AI Demand and Higher Profit Expectations

According to CoinMeta, CoreWeave's stock price rose by 18% after the release of its second-quarter earnings, as Wells Fargo, JPMorgan, and Mizuho raised their price targets for the company. CoreWeave reported second-quarter revenue of $2.58 billion, slightly higher than analysts' expectations of $2.56 billion, representing a year-over-year increase of 112%. The company expects its adjusted operating income for 2026 to be between $960 million and $1.15 billion, with capital expenditures expected to range from $35 billion to $39 billion. Several analysts raised their target prices for CoreWeave after the second-quarter report, with Wells Fargo raising the target price to $160, Piper Sandler to $153, JPMorgan to $120, and Mizuho to $115. CoreWeave also signed large-scale agreements with Meta and Jane Street, further expanding its customer base.
