According to CoinMeta, Hyperliquid is exploring ways to enter the US market, despite the fact that the largest exchange for perpetual contracts in the cryptocurrency industry is still preventing US traders from accessing it. The platform is seeking a path to enter the US market amidst the stalled progress of the Clearing House Act, as there are currently no clear regulations for perpetual futures. Hyperliquid has spent 29 million dollars on policy advocacy in Washington, while CME and ICE have also urged CFTC to hinder its rise.
