According to CoinMeta, Bitget has announced the addition of 25 new spot stocks, including HP (RHPQ), Ralph Lauren (RRL), and Dow Chemical (RDOW), covering multiple sectors such as finance, consumer goods, and utilities. To date, the Bitget platform supports a total of 660 US stock tokens. These tokens, identified by the letter "r" followed by the stock code (for example, NVIDIA is RNVDA), are issued by licensed RWA protocols under Bitget. They are directly connected to global liquidity pools such as NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange through partnerships with compliant brokers Alpaca. The features of these tokens include: a 1:1 reserve of underlying assets managed by licensed custodian institutions, stock dividends distributed in token form at a 1:1 ratio, synchronization of support for corporate actions (such as stock splits and consolidations), and the ability to use holdings as joint margin for both unified accounts and U-based contracts. This allows users to flexibly manage their funds while holding global stock assets.
