According to CoinMeta, CBOE has submitted an application to list Bitcoin and Ethereum with a 3x leverage, as well as new 3x funds that track gold, silver, oil, and natural gas. These products will utilize futures contracts to achieve three times the daily fluctuations of each asset. The application for SEC has initiated the review process, but this does not mean that these funds have been approved yet.
