According to CoinMeta, developers have launched a free browser extension named CryptoGuard aimed at temporarily locking users' browsers, allowing access only to official cryptocurrency wallet websites. This extension is designed to address the phishing risks users face when browsing crypto websites. Users simply need to click on a timer to load verified wallet websites, and once the timer expires, normal browsing will be automatically restored. The extension uses Chrome's built-in network blocking to prevent API, ensuring that phishing pages are not rendered. This tool is completely open-source, and users can obtain it at GitHub.
