According to CoinMeta, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang indicates that artificial intelligence computing is becoming a “investable asset class.” Nvidia is collaborating with the world’s largest financial institutions to mobilize over $500 billion in third-party capital for AI infrastructure. Nvidia is working with six major asset management companies, including Apollo Global Management, Blackstone, Bridgewater, Brookfield Asset Management, Goldman Sachs, and KKR, to raise funds for AI data centers and Nvidia hardware. The goal of this initiative is to turn AI computing infrastructure into financiable, revenue-generating assets, similar to commercial real estate or other long-term infrastructure. Nvidia recently released its financial report for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, showing revenue of $81.6 billion, a year-on-year increase of 85%, and net profit of $58.3 billion, a year-on-year increase of 211%.
