According to CoinMeta, a survey conducted by the European Central Bank (ECB) revealed that among the 8,205 companies participating in the survey, only 0.2% accepted cryptocurrencies as a method of online payment. At physical sales points, the acceptance rate of digital assets rose to 1%. 92% of physical sales point companies still accept cash, making it the most widely accepted method of payment in Europe.
