SafePal: Nearly 40,000 customer records leaked, but no impact on financial security

According to CoinMeta, SafePal has disclosed a data breach incident where the names, home addresses, and phone numbers of nearly 40,000 customers were exposed. A vulnerability in the order tracking plugin of this hardware wallet manufacturer allowed unauthorized access to order details for over a year, and more than 30 phishing websites related to the stolen data have been shut down. SafePal stated that mnemonics, private keys, and customer funds were not affected.
