According to CoinMeta, the latest data shows that China's retail sales in July increased by 0.6% year-on-year, lower than the market expectation of 1.5%. The growth rate in June was 1.0%. In addition, industrial output in July grew by 4.5%, also below the expected 4.8%. Fixed asset investment decreased by 6.7% year-on-year, compared to an expected decline of 6.0%, and real estate investment decreased by 19.2% year-on-year.
