2026-08-18 01:24:40
According to CoinMeta, Fortinet reported that with the increasing security requirements of AI and OT, there has been a surge in demand for its hardware and unified security access services ( SASE ). Product revenue increased by 52% year-on-year, as customers purchased larger hardware devices to support the AI infrastructure and higher network traffic. SASE revenue grew by 35%, accounting for a quarter of total sales, and the SASE bills for Fortinet doubled. The company's Chief Financial Officer, Christiane Ohlgart, stated that the second-quarter performance was due to widespread global demand, accelerated hardware sales, and a continuous increase in the adoption of secure networks and SASE products.
