Harvard Management Company Discloses $2.2 Billion Investment, SpaceX Stock Price Rises 6%

According to CoinMeta, Harvard Management Company recently disclosed that it holds approximately 12.94 million shares of SpaceX (SPCX), valued at around $2.2 billion, which drove the stock price of SpaceX up by more than 6%, approaching $150. This disclosure came at a time when SpaceX set a new record by successfully launching two Falcon 9 rockets just 38.5 minutes apart. Harvard's investment has made it the largest disclosed holder of US stocks in SpaceX. In addition, the Saudi Public Investment Fund also holds about 154.15 million shares of SpaceX, valued at approximately $26.3 billion. SpaceX completed 170 launches in 2025 and is expected to exceed 150 launches in 2026. UBS reiterated its buy rating for SpaceX with a target price of $210, expecting that computing demands related to Starlink and artificial intelligence will drive further growth.
