According to CoinMeta, as reported by OnchainLens, a Bitcoin wallet that had been dormant for over 15 years transferred 854 Bitcoins (approximately $539,000) to the Kraken exchange on August 17, 2026. The wallet initially received Bitcoins through multiple addresses in 2011, when the price of Bitcoin was around $14 per coin. Calculated at current values, these 854 Bitcoins have appreciated by about 4,600 times since they were acquired. The wallet address is: 1emimjfybynyfefzweoxxj9cz7pf9xtwvt.
