Despite these heavy losses, this whale continued to add about $2.578 million in new short positions between August 15th and 16th. Additionally, this whale went all-in with a 10-fold short position on about 10,500 shares of Micron Technology ( MU ), valued at around $10.343 million, with an average entry price of $870.7 and a current floating loss of about $1.227 million, resulting in a return rate of about -134.6%. The overall strategy of this whale is to go long on precious metals and short on storage; its long position in gold is valued at about $56.326 million, with an average price of $4,182.5 and a floating profit of about $2.782 million, along with a small profit from copper contracts.
