Bitcoin liquidation Heatmap Focuses on $64,600

According to CoinMeta, as reported by coinpedia, Bitcoin is approaching an important liquidity region, and leveraged traders continue to influence the short-term price trend. Recent liquidation heat map data shows a large number of clusters on both sides of the market. Traders are concerned about whether Bitcoin will break through upwards to trigger short covering or slide downwards into leveraged long positions. The upcoming upward region is around $64,600, and if the momentum continues, it could attract Bitcoin. Entering the $65,500-$66,000 range could expose larger short positions. However, the liquidity heat map cannot predict the exact direction of Bitcoin; rather, it indicates that forced liquidations may amplify the price areas of the existing trend. The data also shows that another area of liquidity is concentrated around $62,000-$62,500, and if prices continue to fall below $62,500, it could activate that region and accelerate selling. The derivatives market for Bitcoin remains crucial in the current setting, with increased participation in spot trading, but the volume of spot trading is relatively lower than that of futures activities.
