WorkBuddy not only allows for policy research and document drafting but also enables direct integration with business systems for operations. For example, within the Medical Insurance Bureau, WorkBuddy can identify maternity allowance documents, perform batch pre-reviews, and after manual confirmation, write the results back into the system. In addition, it can automatically organize government knowledge bases, clean enterprise data, and supports local deployment to ensure that files and data remain within the government affairs environment. AI can only be used with the permissions that civil servants already possess.
