According to CoinMeta, Morgan Stanley has downgraded Baidu ( BIDU ) to a “reduce holdings” rating, with the target price cut to $80, a significant decrease of 38.5% from the previous $130. The firm has also lowered its core revenue forecasts for Baidu from 2026 to 2028 by 1% to 9%, and its non-GAAP operating profit forecasts by 6% to 31%, to reflect weak revenue and increased investment in artificial intelligence.
