According to CoinMeta, Gan Xiaobin, the deputy director of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, pointed out in his speech at the 18th plenary session of the China Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Alliance that the ministry will thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council to promote the development of the artificial intelligence industry and empower new types of industrialization. In the next step, efforts will be made to seize the opportunities for transformation, advance technological innovation, application implementation, ecosystem cultivation, and security governance. Specific measures include: accelerating research and development in key core technologies such as intelligent chips; exploring cutting-edge technologies like brain-inspired intelligence, world models, and physical models; deeply implementing scenarios such as "analog-digital resonance"; promoting the practical training of humanoid robots and embodied intelligence; adhering to standard leadership; accelerating the formulation and application of standards in key areas; initiating ethical review initiatives; improving the ethical governance system for artificial intelligence technology; innovating security governance technical tools; and establishing a security governance mechanism that covers the entire life cycle.
