The US SEC proposes new crypto regulations, or may promote more tokens to go on-chain

According to CoinMeta, Grayscale indicates that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has just proposed new regulations for crypto. Since the initial boom in token issuance in early 2017, token-based financing in the United States has lacked regulation. "Regulating crypto" is set to change this situation. Grayscale research suggests that this could lead to more tokens being issued on the blockchain, thereby bringing value to networks represented by $__BJWKEEP_00004$, $__BJWKEEP_00005$, and $BNB.
