Goldman Sachs raises the target price of CoreWeave to $139, maintaining a neutral rating

According to CoinMeta and research by TrendForce, Goldman Sachs has raised its 12-month target price for CoreWeave from $121 to $139, maintaining a neutral rating. CoreWeave's revenue in the second quarter met expectations, and its profit margin was 200 basis points higher than market consensus. The revenue guidance for 2026 exceeded market expectations by 1%. Revenue backlog orders increased by 5% to $104 billion month-on-month, with over $25 billion in new committed orders since the third quarter. Active power capacity has grown to over 1.5GW, and the contracted power capacity has reached 4.2GW. Goldman Sachs expects EBITDA to increase from $3.1 billion in 2025 to $31.3 billion in 2028.
