According to CoinMeta, Mantra Chain has suspended its entire Layer network due to a detected software vulnerability attack. The team stated that user funds were not affected and that the threat has been controlled. After the network suspension, OM tokens fell by about 18.5% to $0.004126, hitting a new historical low. The Mantra team responded that they are investigating the incident and have identified the root cause. The network recovery may be completed within a day, depending on the test results and coordination with independent verifiers. Major exchanges have suspended deposits and withdrawals of OM, and Mantra is reminding users to avoid any unofficial websites that offer recovery assistance to prevent fraud.
