According to CoinMeta, Nvidia and Cloverleaf infrastructure companies announced a strategic partnership on August 21st, aiming to promote the development of digital infrastructure in the United States. Under the agreement, Nvidia will hold a minority stake in Cloverleaf. Cloverleaf will provide power and infrastructure support to help ensure power supply for AI's facilities. Nvidia also plans to invest $1.5 billion in SB Energy to support its 10GW data center project related to OpenAI. Jensen Huang, the founder and CEO of Nvidia, stated that AI is becoming the infrastructure of various industries, and land, power, and infrastructure are becoming crucial in the AI era. Cloverleaf mentioned that this investment will help its customers and utility partners meet the growing demand for accelerated computing.
