According to CoinMeta, Gemini and Apex Fintech Solutions have signed a letter of intent for cooperation, planning to distribute the encrypted forecasting market contracts of Gemini to the brokerage customers served by Apex. Gemini Titan will become the exclusive regulatory trading venue for Apex futures brokers (FCM) to distribute encrypted event contracts, with Gemini responsible for transaction execution and settlement. Gemini Titan obtained the license for the designated contract market (DCM) in December 2025, and in April of this year, Gemini Olympus received a license from the derivatives clearing organization (DCO). Both parties expect to finalize the details of the cooperation in the coming weeks.
