2026-08-25 08:59:18
According to CoinMeta, Cosmos Labs indicates that users of the Cosmos EVM module are currently affected by ongoing security incidents. It is recommended that relevant chain request validators pause their operations. Community member DE pointed out that the Cosmos development team only included a brief silent notice in the v0.7.2 version released on August 19th, which mentioned important security fixes without issuing a public security announcement. As a result, multiple chains such as Mantra, TAC, Kiichain, and Nesa were attacked.
