According to CoinMeta, an official analysis by BIT states that the proposed crypto asset regulatory rules by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) offer securities registration exemptions for qualified crypto asset financing activities, lower the compliance barriers for token issuance, and improve the industry's financing environment. The proposal includes two types of exemptions: one is a one-time financing exemption with a maximum total financing amount of $5 million over four years, and the other allows issuers to raise up to $75 million within any consecutive 12 months, provided they fulfill information disclosure obligations and submit financial statements.
