Kazakhstan reduces its oil production forecast due to an attack on Caspian pipeline facilities

According to CoinMeta, Kazakhstan's Energy Minister stated on Tuesday that due to Ukrainian drone attacks on the facilities of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), Kazakhstan's oil production is expected to decrease by 3.5 million tons. Kazakhstan originally planned to produce 98 million tons of oil in 2026, but has now lowered that plan to 96 million tons.
