AI Security startup Alice raises $140 million in financing, ARR approaches $100 million

According to CoinMeta, security startup Alice announced on Tuesday that it had completed a $140 million financing round, led by Apax Digital Funds, with participation from Samsung, SentinelOne, MAJ Invest, Moretech, and Phoenix Insurance among others. Following this financing, Alice's total raised funds have reached $280 million, and Apax Digital will join the board of directors. Headquartered in New York and Tel Aviv, the company was formerly known as ActiveFence and primarily provides security testing and protection for AI models. The company stated that its annual recurring revenue has approached $100 million, and its business has grown by more than 500% over the past two years. Alice serves AI companies, including Anthropic, Google, and Cohere, covering 8 out of the top ten AI model manufacturers globally. The funds from this financing will be used to expand AI's security platform and to grow its research team, which currently consists of 150 security researchers.
