According to CoinMeta, Ripple USD ( rlusd ) has seen its market capitalization exceed $2 billion in less than two years since its launch. Nearly $1 billion in US dollars has been used to issue stablecoins on the XRP ledger, with the supply of Ethereum being slightly higher than that. Last week, the market value of rlusd reached $2 billion.
